About us

Aristofanis Giourgas Flight Only is an independent flight-only travel agency based in the United Kingdom. We arrange flights only — we do not sell package holidays, accommodation, or transfers.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a booking. We will contact you with flight options and prices, and a booking is only confirmed once you have accepted a fare and payment has been taken.

Prices shown or quoted are subject to availability and can change until your ticket is issued. We will always confirm the final price with you before taking payment.

Your responsibilities

You must provide passenger names exactly as they appear on the passport used for travel. Name corrections after ticketing can incur charges or require a new ticket.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, and any visas or health documents required for your destination and any transit countries.

You must check your booking confirmation and itinerary carefully on receipt and tell us immediately if anything is incorrect.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Airline tickets are issued under the fare rules of the airline concerned. Many fares are non-refundable or carry change fees set by the airline. We will explain the rules that apply to your fare before you pay.

If you ask us to change or cancel a booking, we will apply the airline's rules and pass on any airline charges. Any refund due is processed once we receive it from the airline.

Schedule changes, delays, and cancellations made by the airline are the airline's responsibility; we will help you with rebooking or refund options where the airline's rules allow.

Our liability

Our role is to arrange your flight as agent for the airline. The contract of carriage is between you and the airline, and the airline's conditions of carriage apply to your journey.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
