We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, source flight options, make and manage bookings you ask us to make, and contact you about those bookings.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

To fulfil a booking, we share the necessary passenger details with airlines and flight consolidators. This is limited to what is needed to issue your ticket — typically your name as it appears on your passport and your contact details.

Our website enquiry form is processed through our hosting and database providers, who store the data securely on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Booking records are kept for up to 7 years to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
